The setup fee we charge is solely intended to cover the expenses associated with equipment, shipping, and labor required to configure, test, and package our products. It's important to note that SardisTEL does not make any profit from the setup fee. We strive to maintain low overall costs to ensure that we can pass on the savings directly to our valued customers.

Say goodbye to monthly equipment fees!

Unlike many other internet service providers, SardisTEL does not burden our customers with additional monthly modem or equipment fees. In addition to the regular monthly service fee, most providers charge an equipment fee ranging from $8 to $10 per month, which amounts to approximately $100 extra per year. However, at SardisTel, we do not impose any monthly equipment fees. Our monthly service fee is not only competitive with other providers but often significantly more affordable, giving our customers exceptional value for their investment.

Things to Know Before You Order

Equipment Delivery Information

Based on current order volume and pending orders, your self-connection kit is estimated to be delivered between Monday April 1st and Tuesday April 9th. The delivery of your modem will be handled by USPS, and it is not necessary for someone to be present at home during the delivery.

Please note that we currently do not offer the option to pick up self-connection kits at our office locations. Delivery is the only available method. To ensure timely delivery, we maintain regular shipments from our supplier multiple times per week. Once the equipment arrives, our dedicated staff manually configures each router and modem, which typically takes a few days. Following the configuration process, the modem is promptly shipped to your designated address.

At SardisTEL, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience, ensuring that you receive your equipment in a timely manner for a hassle-free setup process.

 

YOUR NEXT INVOICE IS NOT UNTIL 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.

Your next invoice will be generated and due 30 days after the delivery of your equipment. We understand the importance of providing a fair billing cycle that allows you ample time to set up and utilize the services before the next billing period begins. This means you will have a full 30 days to experience and enjoy our services before the next invoice is issued. At SardisTel, we strive to offer transparent and customer-friendly billing practices to ensure your satisfaction.

We consider our network to be of paramount importance, as our customers deserve nothing but the best. That's why our premium network is designed to deliver low latency, high throughput, and unrivaled uptime and reliability that you would expect from a top-tier provider. While we strive for true 100% uptime, we understand that unforeseen connection issues may arise. Rest assured, our dedicated team will work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as humanly possible. In the rare event of a verified outage or network quality issue, we are more than willing to issue credits upon request.

It's important to note that at SardisTEL, we do not impose any data limits on the amount of gigabytes (or terabytes) you use per month, nor do we throttle or restrict the speed of any content. We believe in providing you with unrestricted access to the internet and ensuring that you can enjoy a seamless online experience without any limitations.

While approximately 1 out of every 30 new clients may encounter minor setup issues when activating their SardisTEL service, our dedicated staff is always available to assist you.
